Ryearch has been appointed on Cornwall Council’s ‘minor works’ construction framework for contracts up to £2,000,000 in value.
The framework provides a mechanism for design and construction works to be delivered over a four-year term commencing April 2018, with projects including: new build, refurbishment, improvement, demolition, extension, renovation, strengthening or other works of a similar nature.
As principle contractor, Ryearch will undertake all work packages that make up construction contracts across all property types (schools, offices etc.), including managing any specialist subcontractors as required.
Call offs under the framework will be on the basis of either mini competition or direct award, with the procurement process being undertaken on the Supplying the Southwest portal.
Ryearch’s appointment on this framework follows our successful delivery of eleven school refurbishment projects under the previous 2012-2016 Cornwall Framework.
