This ‘one off’ build for a private client involved the construction of an individually designed dwelling consisting of a five bedroom house over the top two floors with a two bedroom apartment situated on the lower ground floor.

This impressive dwelling was constructed on the site of an existing bungalow which was much smaller than the new building.

Extensive groundworks and an innovative design on a very tight site maximized the available space.

The project was completed on time and to the client’s satisfaction, especially given the challenging situation of the house and closely situated neighbours.
