The refurbishment of Mapleton House was undertaken with residents occupying the building.  This required meticulous planning and daily liaison with the staff to assess daily activities.

Works comprised the re-roofing of both the pitched and flat roofs, converting an existing garage into an office space, and refurbishment of the commercial kitchen.

External works included re-surfacing of the existing car parks managed through a traffic management scheme, as the car parks were in use throughout, new paving, access ramps and landscaping around the grounds.
