Ryearch is delighted to have been appointed by Plymouth City Council to deliver extensive works at Yealmpstone Farm Primary School in Plympton.
The development project comprises internal remodelling, a new eight classroom extension and associated play areas.
Ryearch was selected to deliver these works based on significant experience in the education sector and technical expertise in relation to the construction methods required.
The Construction Team is poised ready to start the project in the first week of October. The school will remain open throughout the 13-month scheme, with all works being fully segregated to ensure the safety of pupils and to minimise disruption.
The project team comprising Julie Boyes (Contract Manager), Justin Hummerstone (Site Manager) and Dick Curtis (Construction Team Director) is looking forward to working with School’s Headteacher and getting this exciting project off the ground.
