• Emergency Contact Information (Next of Kin details)
• Basic Medical Information (Pre-existing conditions, Medication that may affect work, Occupational Health (Annual Health Surveillance), Doctors contact details)
• Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) Check details (previously CRB Check)
• Driving Licence Check details (for drivers of company vehicles inc. LGV Drivers)
• Accident and RIDDOR Information

Ryearch only collect and retain Privacy Information (Data) from companies and personnel employed by the company as subcontractors and suppliers that is required for the following purposes:

• Basic Medical Information (Pre-existing conditions, Medication that may affect work, Occupational Health (Annual Health Surveillance), Doctors contact details)
• Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) Check details (previously CRB Check)
• Employment Information (Name, Address, Phone No. & Email)

• Company bank information (for payments)
