The Ryearch team is delighted to announce that our office snack shop has raised £400 for local dogs and cats home, Gables, which is well known for its important work in rescuing and rehoming animals from across Plymouth since 1907.

The office snack shop is a popular spot for our team to grab a quick bite during the workday, with every snack purchased contributing to Ryearch’s pot for charitable giving. With each product priced at 60p, it just shows that small amounts (and big appetites!) can lead to significant outcomes.

Ryearch refurbished Gables around two-years ago, installing state-of-the-art underfloor heated kennels, animal runs and new cat enclosures. This initiative showcases Ryearch’s commitment to supporting our local community and building on the connections we made at Gables whilst delivering their refurbishment project.

The Gables team is delighted with the donation, and will use the money to provide food, medical care and shelter for all their animals, while they await their forever homes.

“Thank you very much for your kind donation of £400, it is very much appreciated. Your fundraising efforts through a work tuc shop are greatly appreciated! Gables Dogs & Cats Home does not receive any government funding so we totally rely on kind supporters like you to enable us to help the hundreds of animals that come into our care each year.

Once again thank you very much for your support.”
