Ryearch has supported many youngsters in achieving their apprenticeships over the years, but Marley is the first apprentice whose father is already part of the Ryearch team.
Marley successfully completed his Carpentry Apprenticeship through the programme at Skills Group in Plympton, Plymouth, whilst gaining vital practical experience on-site with the Ryearch team.
Marley has shown himself to literally be a chip off the old block, with his father one of our longest standing Site Managers. Mike also joined Ryearch as a Carpenter back in 2002, progressing to Site Manager eight years later.
Ryearch is really proud of Marley for achieving his apprenticeship, and he’s already putting his skills to good use at our prestigious housing project in Bodmin and many other schemes.
