This one off refurbishment for a private client involved the total refurbishment of a detached Georgian residence set within its own grounds with a rear walled garden.

The property, which had been converted into a rehabilitation Centre in the early 1980’s had been completely institutionalized incorporating 8 bedrooms and common areas. The property had been abandoned for nearly a decade and was in need of total refurbishment, including the installation of underfloor heating, new handmade kitchen, bathrooms, floor finishes and redecoration throughout.

Externally the front and back gardens have been landscaped including the refurbishment and repointing of all perimeter garden walls.
