Construction of a new two storey extension involving extensive external works, a new car parking area and refurbishment works within the existing college.

The emphasis on design was based on renewable materials, with many timber components being incorporated into the building, such as the frame, cladding, internal window elements and pergola.

The contract ran in conjunction with two similar projects and required the co-ordination of internal design features during the construction process.  The many design changes required to enable these to succeed were achieved due to Ryearch’s reactive management processes.

The project was successfully completed on time and within budget.
