A prestigious private residence conceived and developed by the client over several years, with a build period of circa 18 months. Due to the very steep topography of the site the project was extremely challenging in terms of the civil engineering works required to raise the property out of the ground.
The property boasts many facilities such as an indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and oak conservatory. Many of the components used were very high quality and specialist, such as the windows and folding screen to the pool.
There was extensive liaison with the client and their interior designer in respect of the finishes and fit out.
The outcome was a beautifully finished build which the owner was absolutely delighted with. He is still singing Ryearch’s praises some six years after the build: “I have always felt so pleased that we completed Berberis with Ryearch.
